The terms on which astralymov.com is published. Using the site means accepting them.

Nature of the site

Astralymov publishes independent written guides about casual puzzle games. It does not operate a game, host game files, take payments or provide any service beyond publishing these pages.

Accuracy and change

Each guide describes behaviour observed on a stated date, and that date appears on the page. Publishers change level design, events, prices and rules whenever they choose, and a guide can therefore fall behind the game it describes. Nothing here is a guarantee about a game's current behaviour, and nothing here is financial advice.

Things we never do

• Sell or grant coins, gems, lives, boosters, accounts or any in-game item.
• Distribute game files, modified clients or automation tools.
• Promise winnings, prizes or any outcome that depends on chance.

If you encounter an offer of that kind attributed to Astralymov, it is not ours.

Rights in this material

Text and layout on this site belong to the publisher. Quoting a paragraph with a link is welcome; republishing whole guides, or ingesting them to generate substitute copies, is not permitted without written consent. Game names, logos and screenshots belong to their publishers and appear under the terms set out in the legal notice.

Ordering the guide

What is sold. One item: The Board Rules Notebook, a PDF written by the publisher of this site. Price A$12. Nothing else is for sale here, and no third-party product, subscription or in-game item is offered at any price.

The form is a request, not an order. Sending the form on the guide page starts the process; it does not create a contract and does not charge you. We reply by email within one business day with payment details and confirm what you are buying. The contract is formed when you receive that written confirmation and pay.

Payment happens off this site. No card details are collected here, no payment is processed here, and there is no checkout on any page. Payment is made by bank transfer using the details in our reply.

Delivery. The PDF is emailed to the address you give, within two business days of the payment clearing. If it has not arrived by then, write to [email protected] and we will resend it.

Refunds and your rights. Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply to this purchase and cannot be excluded. If the file is not delivered, cannot be opened, or is not what this page described, tell us and you will get a refund or a working copy, whichever you prefer. Because the guide is a digital file delivered in full, there is no change-of-mind refund once it has been sent, which is why the contents are listed in detail before you order.

Who you are buying from. An individual, Charlotte Smith of Australia, selling occasionally rather than as a registered business. There is no ABN and no GST registration, so no tax invoice is issued; a plain receipt is sent on request. This is stated in the legal notice as well, because it should be easy to find.

Licence. The PDF is for your own use. You may print it and keep copies for yourself. Reselling it, uploading it or distributing it is not permitted.

Liability

So far as Australian law allows, the publisher is not liable for loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here excludes a consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
