A short policy, because the site does very little with your information. It applies to astralymov.com and is written for readers in Australia, under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
The short version
- No account, no newsletter, no tracking pixel placed by us before consent. One form exists, for ordering the PDF notebook.
- Your browser records your consent choice locally; we never see it.
- Server and delivery logs exist, as they do for any website, and are used to keep the site up.

What is recorded, and by whom
Hosting and delivery. The hosting provider and the Cloudflare network in front of it log the request: IP address, page, timestamp, referrer, user agent. This is standard delivery data and is what makes it possible to serve pages and block abuse.
Your consent choice. Stored by your browser on your device, not sent to us.
Email. If you write to the address above, we keep the message while the matter is open.
Why, in legal terms
Delivery and security logging rests on our legitimate interest in running a working site. Correspondence rests on the fact that you started it. Anything optional, meaning measurement or advertising, rests on the consent you give in the notice, and on nothing else.
Who else is involved
Only the hosting provider and Cloudflare, both described above. There is no analytics account, no advertising network, no social widget and no external font service loaded by these pages. If that changes, this section changes with it before the code does.
Leaving the site
Links to Google Play and the App Store take you to Google and Apple, where their terms apply. We receive no report of what you do there.
Retention
Delivery logs rotate on a short cycle. Email is kept while relevant. Your browser holds the consent choice until you clear site data.
The order form
One form exists on this site, on the guide page. It collects three things: your name, your email address, and an optional message, plus the item you selected. Nothing else is asked for, and no payment detail is ever entered on this site.
What happens to it: the request is delivered to the publisher through the Telegram Bot API, which means Telegram processes the contents of the message as part of delivering it. Telegram's own terms apply to that transmission. The same details are then used to reply by email, to send payment details and to deliver the file.
The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, and then performance of that contract. Order correspondence is kept while the order is open and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of a later question about it; it is not used for marketing and is not shared with anyone beyond the delivery described above.
The form also carries a hidden field that is invisible to a person and only ever filled in by automated submissions. If it is filled, the request is silently discarded.
Your rights, and how to use them
You may ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. Complaints that we have not handled a matter properly can go to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au. Readers in the European Union may also approach their national supervisory authority.
Children
This is a site about puzzle games, written for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and there is no mechanism here through which a child could provide any.
